1. Service provider
The Vunto website and application are operated by Vunto. For general communications you may write to legalvunto.ai. The provider's complete identifying details will be published before general registration opens or live payments start. You can also use the contact form as the primary channel.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the Service. By registering, accessing or using Vunto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy.
3. Nature of the service: not advice
Vunto offers market-tracking tools, personal wealth management, informational company analysis and educational content. All content is purely informational and educational. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
Certain Service features generate content using artificial intelligence systems. That content is always identified as AI-generated, together with its generation date. It is educational information based on public metrics and, where applicable, data you entered; it may contain errors or inaccuracies and is never a personalised investment recommendation. 5. Accuracy of market data
Market data may come from third parties, be displayed with delay and contain errors or interruptions. Vunto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of such data.
6. Registration and account
Access to certain features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18.
7. Plans, payments and subscriptions
Vunto offers a free plan and paid plans. Prices, features, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before confirming the purchase.
Payments, invoicing, taxes and fraud prevention are handled through Stripe or other secure payment providers. Vunto does not store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law. Immediate access to digital services may limit that right as legally permitted.
8. Affiliate and third-party links
The Service may include affiliate links to third-party products or services. Vunto may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you.
9. Intellectual property
The Vunto brand, design, texts, software and other content belong to the Provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vunto shall not be liable for financial losses, lost profits or damages arising from use of the Service or investment decisions made by the user.
11. Changes
Vunto may amend these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with their update date. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the Terms in force.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the competent courts under applicable consumer law.
